Nuetech for the first time introduced glass (Evacuated) tube solar water heaters in 2004. It is cost-effective and suitable to Indian water conditions. Presently, vacuum tube solar water heaters have over 80% share of the Indian solar water heater market.
In 2011, Nuetech first introduced polymer inner tanks in solar water heaters to avoid corrosion in metal tanks. Now, Nuetech products ensure 100% corrosion-free tanks.
Presently, tank leakage is a major threat for solar water heaters due to hard water applications. Corrosion mainly starts in welding areas. Hence, Nuetech introduced a new technology without welding tanks for solar water heater inner tanks by using the latest imported machinery, such as tar drum technology. Tanks are coated with a non-corrosive coating on stainless steel, avoiding 100% corrosion in solar tanks. This uniqueness in Nuetech solar water heaters makes them distinctly different from competitors.
